Sarah Brightman on the Web and such

Apart from the information on my Sarah Brightman page about this singer with the angelic voice, there is more to be found on the Web. This page lists a few things and links:

By the way: Sarah was born on 14 August 1960 in Berkhampsted, Hertfordshire, England.
Berkhampsted lies along the A41, some 10 km northwest of the highways around London.

Official web site

First of all, of course, The Official Sarah Brightman Web Site, with some news items a biography, pictures of Sarah and a few other things.
Then there is the website of the Nemo Studio of Frank Peterson.

Sarah has a close relation, personal and artistic, with the German composer and producer Frank Peterson. If you want to know more about Frank Peterson and his work, visit The Frank Peterson Website from Vaughan van Dyk.

Personal web pages of fans

Here is a list of some website I know of -- no doubt there are numerous other site about Sarah Brightman, her singing and her acting.

Web forums

A man using the alias AshMan maintains the site http://www.sarahbrightman.co.uk/ which features a Forum where fans can exchange information and ideas.
AshMan's site also supplies many lyrics and translations of non-English songs. Judging from some striking resemblances, I think that some of these have copied them from my site. Ah well, that was bound to happen: people copying the lyrics I have painstaikingly gathered together. But if this is the case, it would have been nice to give credit where credit's due.

Newpaper articles on my site

Ellen Chang has an extensive page about Sarah's career in theatre and music, and she has a collection of articles about Sarah from various source, two of which I also have:

Here is a copy of the interview entitled Call me Ms Dependable   from: The Irish Times, 6 February 1999.
And an interview called Venus Envy   from: The Straits Times, 10 December 2001

A lot of the musical numbers Sarah Brightman sings are composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber, sometimes specially with Sarah in mind. The copyright of these songs is owned by Andrew's Really Useful Compagny, Inc.
