  1. The author of these songs is mentioned as "Rerustein" in the programme book of the concert I bought; it seems to me, however, this should be "Bernstein".
  2. These songs are included on some VHS concert tapes (a German version is said to include them), but not on all VHS. The songs do not appear on the DVD of the concert.
