Sarah Brightman sings this song on Eden -- the single (released 1999).
The song was later also released on the Fly II special edition (2000). And it is released on the Japanese version of A Winter Symphony (2008).

Note the spelling of the first two words of the title! It is "he" and "moved", whereas versions of other people have "she" and/or "moves".
