Made exclusively using 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky from one of Speyside's most famous distilleries, this liqueur has been designed with the Single Malt drinker in mind.Matured in Sherry Casks, the base whisky used to make our liqueur has an extraordinary depth of character and flavour. We sought to emphasise this flavour by using ingredients including Cinnamon, two different kinds of Orange peel, and Cloves.
Made exclusively using 15 Year Old Single Malt Whisky from one of Speyside's most famous distilleries, this liqueur has a frankly extraordinary depth of flavour.Matured in very active Sherry Casks, the base whisky used for this 15 year old liqueur has a nose and palate packed full of traditional 'Christmas Cake' Character. We sought to emphasise this flavour by using ingredients including two different kinds of Orange Peel, Cloves, and a deliciously spicy hint of Cardamom.
Made exclusively using 21 Year Old Single Malt Whisky from one of Speyside's most famous distilleries, this liqueur is perhaps the freshest and lightest in our range, despite its impressive age.Matured in light Sherry Casks, the base whisky used for this 21 year old liqueur has an extraordinary citrus and floral character. We sought to emphasise this by using ingredients including Grapefruit, White Peach and two different kinds of Orange Peel.
Made exclusively using 30 Year Old Single Malt Whisky from one of Speyside's most famous distilleries, this liqueur is truly something special.The base whisky used to make this liqueur has lain in waiting for over 30 years in Traditional Warehouses in Speyside, and upon reaching maturity has been carefully seasoned with ingredients selected to match the flavour profile of the whisky, including Cinnamon, Orange Peel, and just a touch of zesty Grapefruit.
Made exclusively using 40 Year Old Single Malt Whisky from one of Speyside's most famous distilleries - this is the oldest Whisky Liqueur ever released for sale.The base whisky used to make this extraordinary liqueur has matured for over 40 years in Speysides Traditional Warehouses, and upon reaching maturity has been carefully 'seasoned' with a few carefully chosen ingredients selected to match the flavour profile of the whisky, including Cinnamon, Orange Peel, and Cloves.
