Much to my regret the profider that hosted my webpages
for more than 25 years has announced that after 1 July
2026 they end the hosting service.

It is instrumental, in the sense that Sarah does not sing.

The words are from Miserere mei, Deus ("Have mercy upon me, O Lord"; Psalm 50 or 51, depending on the counting in use) [see e.g. this page or this page; many more like this exist] and they mean:

Wash me from my iniquity
And cleanse me of my sin.
