The song appears on the A Question of Honour - limited edition single (1995; EastWest), which also contains two versions of the song A Question of Honour, originally from the CD Fly (1995/97).
The song On the Nile and was later also released on the Fly II special edition (2000).

Someone calling himself/herself "Anonymous" wrote me:

I don't think the music to this song was written by Frank Peterson because it appears in the Disney movie The Jungle Book. Watch it, it is sung towards the end of the movie with different lyrics by the little Indian girl from the village. The tune is the same I am sure...that was immediately what my friend and I thought of when we heard it (She has Fly II), and we even watched that part of the movie to be sure. Everyone I've ever played it for and said "Remember that from The Jungle Book" agrees.
Disney's movie The Jungle Book is from 1967 and the Internet Movie Database (IMDb) indeed credits others for the music.
Gary Weibert informs me the Jungle Book referred to is actually called My Own Home and it is sung by Darlene Carr. The lyrics of My Own Home are certainly different from the above. Whether the match in the music of the songs is a coincidence or not is still a question.
