I had already heard rumours that there is a video registration of the concert, but I do not know if it is available in shops already.
Then on 28 May I received the email given below about this video and about broadcasting dates on American public TV (PBS). I give the entire email below, just in case an American visitor of this page would like to know.
On 4 July I saw on Dutch TV the video of the concert. Or at least a part of it: what I saw was 1 hour long, whereas the PBS-version is about 90 minutes and contains additional songs and an interview with Sarah Brightman, so I am told.

EDEN, premieres on PBS stations nationally this June! Following Sarah's

SARAH BRIGHTMAN: ONE NIGHT IN EDEN
Sarah Brightman takes viewers to musical paradise in SARAH BRIGHTMAN: ONE
NIGHT IN EDEN, premiering on PBS in summer 1999 (check local listings).
Transcending the traditional concert performance, SARAH BRIGHTMAN: ONE
NIGHT IN EDEN is a theatrical extravaganza that captures the March 13,
1999, debut of Brightman's One Night in Eden tour. Filmed with 12 cameras
before a sold-out audience at South Africa's Sun City resort, the special
features spectacular lighting, sets and choreography.
SARAH BRIGHTMAN: ONE NIGHT IN EDEN explores a diverse range of musical
styles, from the theme from Titanic, "Il Mio Cuore Va (My Heart Will Go
On)" and the Bee Gees' "First of May" to Puccini's "Nessun dorma," as well
as original and adapted compositions featuring Brightman's own lyrics.
Brightman leads the audience on a musical and spiritual journey into
different countries, performing songs that have touched the hearts of
music fans around the world and new songs heard here for the first time.
SARAH BRIGHTMAN: ONE NIGHT IN EDEN embodies Brightman's belief in the
"spiritual" power of a melody and "the importance of truth in art." The
creative team worked closely with Brightman to reflect her vision,
retaining the original character of translated or adapted songs. The
enchanting soprano's interpretations of opera arias, timeless pop hymns
and musical theater classics fuse sound and vision into passionate
emotion, accenting the talent of this multifaceted performer.
Brightman thrills the audience with the title track from her gold album
Time to Say Goodbye and a medley of songs from Phantom of the Opera, the
Andrew Lloyd Webber musical that brought Brightman international fame as
the original "Christine", featuring "Music of the Night", "Phantom Suite"
and "Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again".
SARAH BRIGHTMAN: ONE NIGHT IN EDEN is Brightman's second PBS special. Her
first special, SARAH BRIGHTMAN AT THE ROYAL ALBERT HALL, premiered in
March 1998 and continues to be one of PBS' most popular music specials.
